1. Early Beginnings (1998-2012)
Before the founding of Sencu Construction, our co-founder Adolfo Sen honed his skills and expertise in the construction industry through various roles. His journey began with positions at Washington Energy Services, The Home Depot, and Alside, where he managed projects and supervised installations. His experience in field management and project oversight laid a solid foundation for what would become Sencu Construction.
2. Foundation and Initial Growth (2019)
In 2019, Adolfo and Cinthia Cuervo Sen launched Sencu Construction with a shared vision of delivering unparalleled quality in construction services. They combined their extensive experience and skills to create a company focused on high-end finishes and precision. 3. Expansion and Diversification (2020-2021)
Sencu Construction swiftly established its reputation through a series of high-profile projects. Over time, we expanded our service offerings to include a comprehensive range of specialized services such as demolition, liquidation, framing, drywall, painting, FF&E, and ACT Installation. With a career that spans roles as an International Logistics Coordinator and Associate Buyer, Cinthia has demonstrated exceptional skill in managing complex logistical operations and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, suppliers, and vendors.
Before joining Sencu Construction, Cinthia excelled as a Chief Operating Officer, where she was pivotal in enhancing company growth and operational efficiency.
